Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dream house building journey At the time, when we looked at finding a community and floor plan to move in St Johns, FL, David weekley homes had the best floor plan that we were thinking about in Middlebourne community. It took around 11 months to complete from initial signing to closing. But all the time, Danielle kept us informed on the status every week. And so Philip who was the assigned builder for my house. They also helped with few small changes and the house has come up great. Great work by the team.

The entire build team was great and from the moment we met our sales rep we knew we made the right decision. She supported us throughout the home build and throughout the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with our design assistant. She helped us address the myriad of issues with selecting the correct decor for our new house. Finally, our builder was great. He and our sales rep talked to us weekly and kept us informed of the building status. Any questions we had, he was quick to address and resolve for us. Overall, it was a great experience! Thanks DW.

The home building process was not perfect BUT our salesperson, builder and the project manager resolved any issues we had along the way to ensure we were happy and satisfied in the end. Building a home from the ground up is stressful in and of itself. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our amazing David Weekley team. Thank you Ashley (salesperson), Matt (builder), KC (project manager), and Shannon (designer) for making our dream home come to life!

He made us feel like we were the only people he was dealing with. He routinely checked in and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Our onsite builder, William was a super star! He was always in communication with us, gave us progress updates and kept everything on track. William has so much care for his work and this shows in his attention to detail. We are very happy in our new home & are grateful to Adrian & William!
