The entire build team was great and from the moment we met our sales rep we knew we made the right decision. She supported us throughout the home build and throughout the closing process. We had a wonderful experience with our design assistant. She helped us address the myriad of issues with selecting the correct decor for our new house. Finally, our builder was great. He and our sales rep talked to us weekly and kept us informed of the building status. Any questions we had, he was quick to address and resolve for us. Overall, it was a great experience! Thanks DW.

The home building process was not perfect BUT our salesperson, builder and the project manager resolved any issues we had along the way to ensure we were happy and satisfied in the end. Building a home from the ground up is stressful in and of itself. We couldn’t have done it without the support of our amazing David Weekley team. Thank you Ashley (salesperson), Matt (builder), KC (project manager), and Shannon (designer) for making our dream home come to life!

He made us feel like we were the only people he was dealing with. He routinely checked in and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Our onsite builder, William was a super star! He was always in communication with us, gave us progress updates and kept everything on track. William has so much care for his work and this shows in his attention to detail. We are very happy in our new home & are grateful to Adrian & William!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best experience. Above and beyond From beginning to end I was able to entrust to the David Weekley team to build a house in Florida, while still living in Maryland. Each person did an incredible job. Kirsten, Vinnie, Nikki. Our one and only disappointing time was being challenged Werth taking our small well behaved dog into the design center. Somehow, Nikki was able to resolve the issue and we were able to successfully make all our choices. I trusted this team 110%. I now live in this beautiful, functional, quality, full of light home! It truly is perfect. Anything that needed to get fixed, was promptly attended to. This was the best home building experience ever.

We narrowed down our builder options via recommendation from our realtor and once we met with our David Weekley team, we were sold. It was a "no brainer". We knew we were in good hands for our first "build" experience. Pre-during-post.............awesome experience and "good people". So happy!
