She helped me every step of the way, kept me updated throughout the process, and still keeps in touch even after closing! Nothing is perfect in life and there were some unforeseen issues along the way. However, Erik stepped in and cleaned up a mess he didn’t make and made sure my home was perfect! Ali and Erik are truly amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend my friends & family to purchase with David Weekly.

The Team went above and beyond accommodating with pictures, videos, prior to closing as well as post closing assisting with furniture deliveries, installs etc. We truly could not have made this move happen with out Beverly & James at the Weekly Homes Team! We will be moving every 2-3 years for my job and we will no doubt be looking for Weekly Homes in each area. Customer service is top notch which is hard to find these days.

Ali was so wonderful throughout the sales process and our builder, Daniel, made things go smoothly. We actually got a great surprise when our home finished construction over a month early. We had time line which really benefitted from everything finishing early. Can’t express enough how great this process was.

Although we weren't ready to buy when we first met him, he provided outstanding customer service and diligently checked in with us every month, offering new incentives or simply saying hello. We explored many builders in Sienna, but only David Weekley and Ty consistently delivered on their promises. Once we decided to build with David Weekley, Ty and our home builder, Trey, made weekly phone calls to keep us updated on the progress of our home. This is the third home we've built, and we've never had such a positive experience and level of support. Additionally, their lender, Grace Mortgage, was fantastic. Our home was delivered on the promised date, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, David Weekley, Ty, and Trey, for a great experience.
