She quickly learned what we loved and helped us select the perfect choices. Charles was responsive to every question as we built, and has continued to be there for everything we needed since closing. We have built three other houses in the last 20 years, and this experience, by far, has been the absolute best!

Dina always responded to my many questions immediately and believe me, I ask a lot of questions. She was always very professional, very pleasant, and very kind. Dina went above and beyond her duties to ensure we were completely satisfied with our Citadel Home. David Weekley Homes is very fortunate to have a sales representative as professional and pleasant as Dina is. She does not forget about the customer, after they sign the contract for purchasing the home. Benji is a very professional, courteous, and a thorough contractor. I have had three new homes built for me in the past. I have had some good building contractors before, but none has been as exceptional as Benji has been. Even if I had a little problem, or something that I didn’t understand, Benji would respond immediately and resolve my issue. I am elderly, and I am not familiar with the updated new smart homes. Benji helped me with my thermostat and getting my garage door opener to work on my I-phone. I called on Benji with many questions concerning the new smart home, and he was patient with me and explained everything. Like I said, I'm elderly and I'm not familiar with all these new smart features in the home. When our home heated up during the day, and I started sweating from unpacking our boxes, I didn't know how to adjust the new smart thermostat down to cool off. Benji was over in a flash and showed me how to adjust the smart thermostat. I explained to Benji that I was used to the dumb thermostat that said "On", "Off", "Heat", "Cool", and you hit the "Arrow" up or down. Not very many, if anyone would go above and beyond, like Benji does over and over again. I informed Benji my wife was handicapped, and he took it upon himself to make our walk-in-shower wheelchair accessible. He even went above and beyond and had the soap and shampoo niche carved out low so my wife could access the items from her bench. He went above and beyond to put handicapped bars in my walk-in-shower and restroom for my wife. I asked Benji if he could make a ramp for our entry door so Debra could get in and out of the house in her wheelchair. Benji took it upon himself to float the concrete to make a ramp for our entry door. Benji has spoiled me with all his assistance. You usually don’t see that kind of responsibility and work ethics in someone as young as Benji. I hope David Weekley has the wisdom to keep Benji as their home builder contractor for another forty years to come, since he is so young. We love our Citadel Home from David Weekley. The home building process from beginning to end was much more pleasant because of our wonderful sales representative, Dina, and our amazing building contractor, Benji. It's the little things that they do to make you have a wonderful experience. We have lived in our lovely home almost one month now, and I have to give a shout out for Bob, our Warranty guy. He scheduled a date to meet with us at our convenience to explain the warranty for our home in detail. He said, if I ever had any problems with the home, I could email the warranty department, describe my problem, and he would be in contact with me within 24 hours. He also gave me his cell phone number to call direct. One morning, I was taking out the trash and I noticed my left outside garage door lightbulb just went out and the right side of the garage door lightbulb was off. I went into the garage and made sure the light switch was still on. I flickered the light switch on and off a couple times and the lightbulbs were still off. I thought it was too soon for the lightbulbs to be burnt out and I thought I had an electrical short in the wires. I emailed the warranty department and explained my problem. That night, I turned on the light switch for the outside garage door lights and went to see if they were on. Both lightbulbs were on. I then realized that i had a smart home and the light fixtures must have a light sensor on them and when it gets too light, they automatically turn off. I emailed the warranty department immediately and told them I didn't have an electrical short. The next morning Bob called and said he was told I had an electrical short, but it was corrected. He was following up to make sure everything was okay. Like I said, it's the little things that the David Weekley Team does that make buying a David Weekley Home a wonderful and rewarding experience. Great Job, Dina, Benji, and Bob. I have to be really impressed with the employees to write this long of a review. I normally just click on 2 to 4 stars reviews and get on with my day. I would add some photos, but I'm not that good at adding attachments. I usually end up exiting the program by mistake.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic Experience In the beginning I heard horror stories about building my own house. Now that my house is complete I can say it was an awesome experience. Chad Mc Clung and Ron Hicks were absolutely a pleasure to work with. If the time ever comes to build another home I would definitely go with David Weekly again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Highly Disappointed with David Weekley House From the starting to end all I had was disappointments. I called out many times in email and got few things fixed. Mainly over 600 cracked bricks were used in construction. Builder Luke acted like a friend and gave lots of fake promises to earn 10/10 review and I gave the review before move in so now after I move in, he says he is not responsible. Asking me to show his promises in writing in a rude way. Items he promised: 1, Smooth Patio Flooring 2, Paint and dent fixes after move in He lied to my face that he did not promise. Items that’s not in David weekley standards: 1, Rough Patio flooring with construction marks 2, Ugly looking Front porch without any coating 3, Non rounded stair way becomes a safety issue for children. (Builder says he doesn’t care) 4, Privacy concerns due to the window pillar sizing issue (builder says, he doesn’t care. I need to talk to some dry wall company) 5, Step crack above garage, reported in inspection and he covered with powder which was washed away by rain. Please do not send person with such attitude to our property again. We lost our peace yesterday, Even for the things warranty manager accepts, this guy came with an attitude to deny everything. He said that, “we won’t build perfect homes here at David Weekley”. Hope you understand how bad that attitude was. I need resolution for all the issues, and kindly don’t send that guy again to our property.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love my home! I had such a great experience with DWH. The models were a great visual to help pick a home. My sales process was quick and easy. Joe was patient and honest about the any questions I had during the process. During the construction process, he was always reachable and easy to communicate with. My project manager Clay and Joe would call me weekly with updates and would encourage us to visit and be part of the process. I really enjoyed picking our selections to customize our home. Timeline was close to expected and the closing process was easy. We loved the red carpet treatment and gifts we received when we moved in. The neighborhood is fabulous and I'm looking forward to meeting the new future neighbors. Excited to spend many years creating memories here.
