Tampa, FL (March 1, 2016): David Weekley Homes, the nation’s largest privately-held builder, is now selling in the 55+ community of Encore at FishHawk Ranch by Newland Communities, in Lithia, FL. Since opening for sales on February 19, Weekley Homes has already sold 14 of 20 homesites available within its phase one release.
